How do I know if the clothes will fit my doll?
Sizes of BJD dolls can vary signifincantly depending on the manufacturer and model. The clothes available in our shop may not fit every type of MSD, SD13 and Barbie sized doll. Therefore, it's important to measure your doll's parameters as specified in the size charts on the product pages and to compare and check them before purchasing.
If your doll's measurements fall within the range provided, the clothing should fit nicely. If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to reach out to us for assistance before make your order.
Do you accept custom orders?
Looking for a specific size that isn't currently available in our shop? Feel free to reach out to us here and we will find a solution according to your needs!
How can I pay in your webshop?

What type of shippings do you offer?
Your order will be shipped from the European Union. On orders value over $69 shipping is free worldwide! Rest assured, every package is carefully packaged and sent as a priority registered mail ensuring secure and quick delivery, complete with tracking number for your convenience.
The estimated time of delivery is 3-15 business days to European Union countries and 5-30 business days to other countries.

What can I do if my package hasn't arrived?
We kindly ask our customers to allow for the maximum estimated delivery time. It is 15 business days to European Union countries and 30 business days to other countries. During this time, you can also follow the path of your package using the tracking number.
If your package still hasn't arrived after this period, please contact us. We will then investigate with the shipping carrier.
